This Swahili poem – Bukiriro…Injili ya Tano (translated in English as Bukiriro…A Fifth Gospel) – is written by Father Didas Kasusura, a diocesan priest of Rulenge-Ngara Diocese in Western Tanzania. It is very timely as we celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Small Christian Communities in Eastern Africa (1973 – 2023).
