Panelists
Agathe Sagne (Senegal) is a member of the International Young Catholic Students (IYCS) Advisory Board and the Religions for Peace Youth Media Team. She has represented IYCS in the drafting of various documents such as the UN Youth Strategy. She has also served as the IYCS Africa Regional Coordinator (2016 – 2019) and as Co-Chair of the African Interfaith Youth Network (2016 – 2020).
Benson Makusha (Zimbabwe) is the Africa Regional Coordinator for the International Young Catholic Students (IYCS), a faith-based action movement that creates platforms for youth in 34 African countries to critically examine and act on contemporary issues to build a just world. In this role, he engages with regional and international bodies, such as the African Union and the United Nations, to ensure that the views and aspirations of the youth are recognised and represented in policy-making.
Dominique Yon (South Africa) is the Youth Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Cape Town, South Africa, and a member of the Vatican International Youth Advisory Body. She is a teacher at Christian Brothers College in Parklands, Cape Town.
Prisca Koffi (Côte d’Ivoire) is a Regional Coordinator of the International Young Catholic Students (IYCS) Africa. She has been a member of the IYCS since 2007.
Moderator
Fr. Oscar Momanyi, SJ is a Jesuit priest of the Eastern Africa Province of the Society of Jesus. He currently works at Mwangaza Jesuit Spirituality Center in Nairobi, Kenya, as a Retreat/Spiritual Guide.
